Developed from an original idea by American woodturner, Dennis Stewart, the RS2000 is a very flexible and economically priced system which enables deep vessel hollowing with a minimal waste of stock. The RS2000 System lends itself not just to hollow forms but, with the use of the Slicer, will also produce picture frames and other large rings. And one of the favorite uses of the system is as a corer.Using the Slicer enables you to produce multiple cone shaped blanks from one piece, thereby allowing you to save money by making more economical use of expensive stock.The addition of the Chatter Tool components bring even more versatility and creative possibilites to the system.
